Join us for our Neurodiversity in Nature wellbeing group – a supportive and creative space for neurodivergent adults to connect with nature, explore mindfulness, and celebrate their strengths. 🌿 What to Expect: Over seven weeks, we’ll meet in the beautiful outdoor setting of Wardley Hall, engaging in calming nature-based activities, creative workshops, and reflective discussions. Each session is designed to help you unwind, connect with others, and embrace the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. 🗓️ Dates & Times: 📍 Wardley Hall Gardens & Forest 📅 Thursdays: 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May ⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (📢 No sessions during the Easter holidays) Our final session on 22nd May will be a celebratory gathering in the forest, where we will share lunch together and reflect on our journey. So this session will end at 1pm. 🌻 Activities Include: ✨ Mindful nature walks 🎨 Creative workshops (such as botanical art, crafting with natural materials) 🌳 Nature connection exercises 📝 Reflective discussions and journaling 🔥 Bushcraft activities (e.g., fire-lighting, shelter building) This course is designed for neurodivergent adults looking for a relaxed and welcoming space to connect with nature, explore creativity, and build community. No previous experience needed – just bring an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the outdoors! Spaces are limited. Book your place today!
